FLIP Transfers Policy & Refund Information
At FLIP, we’re committed to providing smooth, secure, and flexible money transfer services. Before sending, please review our important policies below to ensure you understand how FLIP works.
⚖️ Transfer Policy
All transfers are final once submitted and cannot be reversed or unsent.
FLIP is not responsible for any delays, errors, or faults caused by third-party providers such as Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Chime, or your financial institution.
FLIP is not responsible for incorrect receiver information provided by the sender. Please double-check all payment details before confirming.
If the required transfer fee is not paid upfront, the fee will be deducted from the total amount before sending to the receiver.
Transfer Fees for both FLIP and Other Providers is Non-Refundable if refund is requested.
The maximum limit per transaction is $1,000
💸 Refund Policy
If FLIP is unable to send the funds to the receiver due to system issues, unavailable accounts, or platform restrictions, the full amount will be:
Returned to the original sender using the same payment method.
Refunded back to the card if the transaction was paid via debit or credit card.
Once a transfer has been successfully sent, it is non-refundable and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
💡 Important Reminder
FLIP’s service is designed to move funds across different platforms on your behalf. Because we rely on multiple payment services, the fees may vary depending on the provider's instant transfer fee, plus FLIP’s flat fee of $1 per every $50 sent.
